By accessing or using CIAF Holdings Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited behaviour includes:

• Harassing, causing distress or inconvenience to any other person
• Transmitting obscene or offensive content
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Services
• Using the Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of CIAF Holdings or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without the prior written consent of CIAF Holdings.

4. User Submissions

Any information or content you submit to us through the Services — including inquiries, partnership applications, and feedback — is provided at your own risk. You retain ownership of your submissions, but you grant CIAF Holdings a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

5. Partnership and Investment

Submitting an application to become a CIAF Development Agent, Strategic Partner, or Sponsor does not create a binding agreement. All partnerships and sponsorships are subject to separate written agreements negotiated between the parties. CIAF Holdings reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CIAF Holdings does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CIAF Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CIAF Holdings and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CIAF Holdings is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
