Building the Human Capital Behind Africa's Productive Economy
CIAF Academy is intended to develop the knowledge, skills and leadership required to operate modern agricultural, infrastructure, logistics, trade and business systems. Human capital is productive infrastructure: a growing network needs people able to operate warehouses, run processing facilities, manage quality, logistics and exports, operate digital systems and manage cooperatives and projects.

CIAF Digital is designed as a coordination layer connecting producers, infrastructure, logistics, market information and operational data. A large physical network requires digital systems able to coordinate production, facilities, inventory, quality, buyers and reporting. These are planned or developing capabilities.
